Purpose
These terms govern the sale of digital products, cohort programs, and quote requests for services offered by AXXION CONSULTING through this site.
Price and currency
Digital product and program prices are listed in FCFA, with applicable taxes noted where relevant. SMART STUDIO and 2BA services have no public price: they are quoted individually.
Order and payment
Orders are finalized upon payment through one of the offered methods (Mobile Money, credit card, or an international solution). In the demo environment, no real payment is charged.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered via a secure download link or access to the training platform, limited in duration and number of downloads.
Right of withdrawal
In line with practices applicable to digital content delivered immediately upon the customer's express agreement, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited — exact terms to be confirmed by the firm.
Liability
AXXION CONSULTING commits to providing the described deliverables but does not guarantee any specific business outcome from their use.
